L Starrs is a film and digital photographer, from Northern Virginia. They moved to Eugene, Oregon to photograph the beautifully haunting landscape and the amazing community of artists there. L specializes in Portraits and Concert Photography. They studied film photography in high school and college. They strive to capture raw emotion in every photo they take, whether that be a person or an inanimate object. They currently run a small photography business in Eugene.⁠
